Problem description

It is essential for the repair that it is clearly stated, what is wrong with the product.
Please use the repair request sheet (see attachments).

Unrepairable product

If the product is burned and the PCB lines are damaged the product is unrepairable.
Obsolete products cannot be replaced if the faulty product is unrepairable.
